Meet the Pastors of the Quest
Senior Pastor Ken Karacsony
Pastor Ken has over 20 years of ministerial experience in the Foursquare denomination. He assumed responsibilities as the senior pastor of the Quest Church in Culver City in 2008. He has been involved in many ministries including worship, children's church, Bible teaching and classes, and community outreach such as meeting the needs of the homeless.
Pastor Ken believes that the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God. He also believes that the Bible contains wisdom and instruction so that every Christian can be thoroughly equiped to live a full and complete Christian life. Every Sunday, Pastor Ken preaches directly from the Word of God.
In addition to relying on the Bible in his ministry, Pastor Ken also believes in the importance of seeking the Holy Spiriit in guiding the Church. Prior to his departing to join the Father at His right hand of authority, Jesus promised his disciples that he would send the Wonderful Counselor to assist them with their Christian walk and ministry. The Spirit is alive and active and Pastor Ken welcomes the Holy Spirit in the life and health of the Quest Church.
Ken is a husband and a father with two children. His wife, Delilah, is actively involved in the ministry with the primary role of supporting Ken through prayer and words of encouragement. As a father, Ken believes in the importance of Godly principles and values when raising a family.
Associate Pastor Glenn Robinson
Glenn came to faith in Christ over 30 years ago and joined the Foursquare church in 1979. He has a passion for accurately teaching pure doctrine in simple terms that can be applied in everyday life. Whether teaching two people or two thousand people his desire is to teach life changing Biblical truth in a way that is entertaining and captivates the attention of the audience.
He started teaching the Bible in 1983 and eventually held the position of Dean of Adult Christian Education. In this position he taught various courses including courses on apologetics (defending the Christian faith) and hermeneutics (how to interpret the Bible correctly). He served for many years on the board of directors of Answers in Action (a Christian organization that defends the faith and answers questions about the Bible).
He has been involved in teaching the youth of the Church as a Youth Pastor, VBS teacher, and a Children’s Church teacher. He has also taught at numerous home groups and one on one Bible studies. He has established and led a successful singles group as well as establishing and leading a successful marriage ministry.
Colossians 2:6,7 describes the foundation of all of Glenn’s service. “So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness”.
Glenn values family very much and has been married to Cheryl for over 20 years. Cheryl worships the Lord with her entire life. She is a gifted worshiper, administrator, shower of mercy, teacher, youth leader and much, much more.
